Professional-service profiles and articles are not one-time brochure copy. Credentials, roles, practice scope, contact details, and regulatory explanations change. Stale facts damage trust and the enquiry path before they damage search. Design a fact ledger, approval owner, review cadence, and retirement rule with the content.

This article does not interpret Korean advertising rules for lawyers, tax advisers, or labour consultants. The organisation must review actual wording against applicable law and current professional-body rules.

Manage a profile as a fact ledger

Field Source Verification owner When it changes
Name and role HR or registration record Operations Update page, schema, and links
Qualification Official evidence Professional and legal Review the permitted wording
Practice scope Work actually offered Professional and lead Align service pages
Experience Supporting records Professional and editor Check dates and organisations
Office and location Business records Operations Update map, contact, and footer
Portrait and bio Approved source Professional and brand Check rights and freshness

Change the ledger first, then let profile cards, detail pages, article authors, and structured data consume the same approved facts.

Do not expand practice areas as a keyword list

A screen filled with every possible legal, tax, or labour term does not prove expertise. Create separate service pages only when the audience, documents, process, boundaries, and next action materially differ.

A useful practice page answers:

  • whose situation the service addresses;
  • what facts and documents to prepare;
  • how the engagement begins and what it covers;
  • which variables affect time, cost, and outcome;
  • what should not be placed in an online form;
  • what the next contact action and response will be.

Do not mass-produce pages that only change a city or synonym. Let one canonical page answer variants of the same question.

Give every article a lifecycle

1. Brief

Define one reader’s real question, the answer boundary, applicable date, primary sources, and next action. Mark where general information stops and individual advice begins.

2. Draft

Answer directly in the opening and include conditions and exceptions. If AI assisted the draft, retain human fact-checking responsibility and record the assistance in the internal editorial process.

3. Professional review

The relevant professional checks credentials, rules, procedures, deadlines, and advertising wording. Distinguish author and reviewer when they differ. Do not use a person’s name as a decorative approval label.

4. Publish and measure

Show the authoring organisation or person, publication date, and material update date. Link to the relevant service and profile in context. Measure not only search impressions and clicks, but also the route from article CTA to a server-confirmed enquiry.

5. Update, correct, or retire

When a rule or responsible person changes, update the substance and the modified date. Do not refresh dates for visual edits. Add a dated notice and current link when an obsolete article remains useful as a record; retire unsafe or valueless content clearly.

Align visible authorship with structured data

Google’s Article structured-data documentation uses fields including headline, image, publication and modification dates, and author to understand a page. The reader should be able to see the same author and dates on the page.

  • Link an author to a real public profile.
  • If an editorial organisation wrote the article, do not invent a person.
  • Change dateModified only for a material content update.
  • Keep the visible title and structured headline aligned.
  • Explain a reviewer’s role without implying a guaranteed outcome.

Editing questions for claims and privacy

  • Is there public evidence for “best”, “specialist”, or “successful”?
  • Could a case be mistaken for a typical or promised outcome?
  • Is client, company, employee, or document information identifiable?
  • Does qualification and practice-area wording match the approved evidence?
  • Could any sentence be read as a guarantee of ranking or result?
  • Does the contact form request unnecessary legal, tax, or labour documents?

Recheck current notices and rules through official sources such as the Korean Bar Association, Korean Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants, and Korean Certified Public Labor Attorneys Association. A homepage link is not an interpretation of a particular claim; retain the actual review record.
