Publishing standard
IILL publishes a note only after review, and only when it rests on first-hand work, tests, or primary sources a reader can inspect. Drafts have no public page.
Sources and check dates
Notes name their primary sources. Korea Field Guide records the date each official source was checked and compares prices, deadlines, schedules, and other facts that change with the current official page before a guide is updated.
Corrections
When a fact was wrong or has changed, we fix the text and update the modification date. Korea Field Guide also says in its sources section what the earlier version stated. Send corrections to contact@iill.dev.
Dates
The modification date changes only when the body or its sources change. A redesign or a new deployment does not change it.
Languages and search
Each site submits to search only the languages it maintains and reviews: English, Korean, and Japanese on iill.dev and HTML2WEB, and English, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese on Korea Field Guide. Other translations stay readable but out of search results.
Separating docs, implementation, and examples
For official documents, we note the document name, the issuing body, and the basis for the claim. When covering repository implementations or local tests, we record the scope checked and materials for reproduction. We do not restate local success as production success, or sitemap cleanup as recovered search rankings.
AI use and review records
Articles that used AI for writing, editing, or translation say so. Automated checks and human review are kept distinct. Articles without a verifiable human-review record do not carry any wording claiming a person checked them. The final call before publishing is the operator’s responsibility.
