You don't need to know the diagnosis.
Just tell us your symptoms.

Tell us what you're experiencing right now — abdominal pain, dizziness, a persistent cough — and we'll help you find the right department to see. If you have screening results or a referral letter from another hospital, please bring them along.

PHILOSOPHY OF CARE

Before we name a diagnosis,
we explain what we've checked.

We don't hand you test results as bare numbers. In the exam room, we explain why a given test was needed and what the results mean — and when something isn't certain, we say so plainly.

WHAT WE TREAT

If any of this sounds familiar,
book an outpatient visit.

You don't need to know the name of your condition. Choose whichever situation below sounds closest to yours, and our front desk will match you to the right department.

Symptom Care

Pain, fever, or a cough that's lasted several days

We'll ask when it started and what makes it worse, then decide on the tests and department you need.

Screening Follow-up

After a repeat test or abnormal finding from a screening

Bring your results as they are, and we'll walk you through whichever items need a closer look.

Chronic Condition Management

When blood pressure, blood sugar, or medications need ongoing monitoring

We review your numbers and current medications together and set your next visit interval.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

From check-in to your next visit,
here's how it works in four steps.

  1. 01

    Check-in and Intake

We review when your symptoms began, any medications you're taking, and your past test records.

  2. 02

    Department Assignment and Exam

You'll be seen by the department suited to your symptoms, and we'll decide what tests are needed.

  3. 03

    Testing and Results

We explain the tests and what to expect beforehand, then walk you through the results in person.

  4. 04

    Treatment Plan and Next Visit

We set out your treatment plan, what to watch for, and when to come back.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Just bring these three things,
and you're all set.

It helps to bring a photo ID, a list of your current medications, and any test records from other hospitals. Please don't include a diagnosis or lab figures in your online inquiry — we'll go over the details in the exam room.
